3D ENGINEERING SERVICE

CASTING ANALYSIS

What we need for a quotation :

  1. Solid 3D model (STL file) in full-shot (includes runner and gate)
  2. The casting and mold materials as well as its initial temperature
  3. Casting shot parameter (in-flow setting)

What we will deliver :

Simulation Report (AVI and PNG image files)

Our Policy

We understand that 3D model including the casting layout is very important for customer. We use the given data for a purpose of making the simulation report only.
